Fine at school.
So what happens at 3:15?

The answer is in here.

Picture a bath inside his brain.

The water is serotonin and dopamine.

That level is what he runs on. His mood, his calm, his focus.

Every hour of holding it in at school, a little more goes down the drain.

By 3:15 there's nothing left to stay calm with. And you're who he lets go in front of.

Saffron is the plug.
Two rubies at breakfast.

It slows the drain.Saffron's natural compounds are known for slowing the reuptake of serotonin and dopamine, two key brain messengers for emotions, mood and focus.

Same school. Same day.
The water stays in.

That's the Morning Plug. The bath is an illustration.

Your first 60 days

  1. Day 1

    Two at breakfast

Then write down three things about this week's 3:15: how long it lasts, what sets it off, whether there's a word on the way home.

  2. Day 30

    Pouch two

    Same breakfast, same ten seconds.

  3. Week 6

    Look at your list

Compare those three things with this week.

  4. Day 60

    You decide

Happy? Carry on. Not for him? Email us and get your whole order back.

Won't touch them? Money back.

60 days from the day your parcel arrives, opened pouch included. You don't send anything back. No forms, no photos, no "have you tried it for longer?"

We don't do fake reviews.

So we won't pretend 20,000 happy customers already exist. Our first 500 families get the third pouch free instead. Four weeks after your parcel arrives, we'll ask how it really went.

What mums ask first

Is this for ADHD?

Mood Rubies aren't a treatment for ADHD, and they don't replace an assessment or medication. But researchers are studying saffron extract in ADHD, and the early results are promising. A 2023 review of four trials (118 patients) found a useful effect both alongside medication and on its own, with no significant safety issues. In a 2026 trial in children aged 6 to 12, parents reported greater improvement when saffron was added to their child's medication. If your child takes medication, keep it going and speak to your GP or pharmacist. If you're on a waiting list, stay on it.

My child takes medication. Can they have these?

Speak to your GP or pharmacist first, and show them the ingredients above. St John's wort can change how some medicines work. The MHRA advises people with epilepsy to avoid it, and warns that it can stop hormonal contraception working properly. If the answer is no, don't order.

How soon will we notice anything?

Parents who write about saffron online mention anything from two to eight weeks. Give it a proper run: that's why you get 60 days.

How do we take them?

Two gummies together at breakfast, every day, from age 4. Chewed, not swallowed whole. One pouch lasts one child a month.

Will he actually take them?

They're soft, chewable and taste of raspberry and blueberry. If he refuses, that's covered by the guarantee.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours, then 8 to 12 working days, tracked. If your tracking stalls or the parcel doesn't arrive, email us and we'll send another or refund you.

Why does the pouch say Mood munchies?

Mood Rubies is us. Mood munchies is what's printed on this first run of pouches. That's the right parcel.

Is it a subscription?

No. We don't offer one, so you can't end up on one by accident.

Two rubies. Ten seconds. Before shoes.
