Delivery

Delivery takes 8 to 12 working days, tracked. Mood Rubies are posted to you from overseas, which is why it takes longer than a UK warehouse would. We'd rather tell you now.

Where we deliver: England, Scotland and Wales.

What it costs: £3.99 on a single pouch. Free on the 3 and 5 pouch packs.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

If it doesn't arrive: if your parcel hasn't reached you 19 working days after you ordered, or the tracking stalls, email hello@moodrubies.co.uk. We'll send another or refund you.

All prices include VAT.
