Our 60-day guarantee

Try Mood Rubies for 60 days from the day your parcel arrives. If they're not for your child, for any reason, email hello@moodrubies.co.uk with your order number. We'll refund your whole order, including delivery, to your original payment method within 14 days of your email. You don't need to send anything back.

Your legal rights

You can also cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a pouch has been opened, that statutory right no longer applies to it, but the 60-day guarantee does. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, tell us and we'll put it right. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Parcel not arrived?

If it hasn't arrived 19 working days after you ordered, email us and we'll send another or refund you.
